Pseudoshop

The Pseudoshop aims to provide a form based inquiry/order workflow.
Often sites with frequent requests from users require more than just one text field.
Restaurants might ask for a date and number of people for a reservation, customer support could require a telephone number, your local newspaper the type of ad one wants to place. Even your small business might not require a webshop with product catalog - a simple order form might do it.
You define your datafields to create a form, optionally upload your own xhtml output file or eMail template, and the most basic setup is ready. Requests are stored in a database and can be edited in the backend. A customizable workflow (new, pending, canceled etc) is included, and the default output is even xhtml conform.
You can define as many forms as you want, and provide a direct menu item, or a form-browser layout for your frontend.
